My worries in School

What i should do when i have so many worries in School, Who should i tell, Should i tell the teacher, the Councillor or keep it to myself when i have no one to trust in school?

I wanted to go back my class to revise for up-coming n level, but no one can help me with my problem, Just half an hour ago, i was scolded by my form teacher for not being in class for lesson, he ask me whether i had problem in class, i told him that i have problems in school, i have no one to trust to talk about it . 

I hope that the teachers or the Councillor  can help me to settle the problem in school and not to let my form teacher call my parent for skipping classes
